Patient Complaints Procedure
I would take any complaint very seriously and I would ensure that if a patient complains they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible. I would never discriminate against a patient who has made a complaint. I am always happy to receive feedback about the denture service I provide my patients, as I continue to strive to always improve my business and the service it provides the local community.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of my care or service, please let me know as soon as possible to allow me to address your concerns promptly.
